Kirtan Kriya Meditation
Join us for breathwork and learn about and practice Kirtan Kriya, which is a meditation involving chanting and mudras. This non-religious practice can be adapted to several lengths, but practicing it for just 12 minutes a day has been shown to reduce stress levels and increase activity in areas of the brain that are central to memory.
Reiki training is not necessary.

Bring yourself and your animals and journey together with the divine animal kingdom under the tree of life.
It is just fine to join without an animal.
