Rachel Schaal Wilson is completing teaching hours as a Qi Gong instructor and would love to share this practice with you! Qi Gong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice that decreases stress and increases energy, supporting physical and emotional balance. Incorporating a variety of movements and postures along with deep breathing, qi gong is like a moving meditation that mirrors the movements of nature.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow full mobility. Be in a space where you are able to move your arms in all directions including overhead. You may have a chair available if needed, as you are encouraged to listen to your body and adjust movements or positions to be comfortable for you.

Based on ear acupuncture, “Ear Seeds for Peace” is an elegant technique designed for laypersons to master under the guidance and instruction of an experienced practitioner.
Ear seeds complement other stress reduction practices
such as deep breathing, meditation, massage, yoga, Reiki and others.
This practice is a modern sequence arising from the synergy of emerging European microsystems maps with those of folk medicine passed down through antiquity. The therapeutic effect of this practice is accomplished by the deft application of the principles of Yin and Yang.
Modern research in France, Germany, China, the USA has completely legitimized the modern map of acupoints on the ear. Stimulation on the skin of the ear can yield a surprising range of positive impacts, showing improved quality of life, pain and anxiety reduction in professionals under duress, and more.
Learn Reiki
About Training
Reiki is accessible to everyone and is easy to learn. There are three degrees and teacher training is available. Each degree initiation involves an energy attunement, which is a powerful infusion of energy that clears and allows the initiate to channel Reiki.
After receiving the Reiki 1 degree, you will be able to do self-treatments and provide treatments for others. Generally, Reiki providers do not begin practicing professionally until they have received the second degree. Sending long-distance treatments is also possible after the second degree. Providing attunements and teaching is possible after third degree training.
In addition to hands-on and distant treatments of self and others, Reiki is also wonderful working with animals and plants, and can be used to clear spaces and objects of negative energy. Reiki also can assist in the clearing of the emotional and mental aspects of past events, and is useful working with past lives.
